1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the windph website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "windph Platform" or "windph"). These Terms are entered into between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and windph ("windph," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the windph Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. windph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the windph Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. windph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or platform notification.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the windph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations. windph strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of windph complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter contracts may not use windph.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by windph or by any applicable regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
5. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the windph Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

windph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of windph services, you must register a player account via the windph Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

1. Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and complete. windph is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your windph Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. windph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3. Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify windph immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your windph account or any breach of security.
4. KYC Verification: windph may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the windph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). windph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. windph reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Withdrawal Processing: windph aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending KYC verification.
3. Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses. windph reserves the right to conduct security checks before processing any withdrawal.
4. Payment Method Consistency: windph may require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure.
5. Fees: windph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which windph bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

windph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

1. Bonuses are credited to your windph account in Philippine Peso and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms.
2. windph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other players, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
4. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the windph Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering more than one account on the windph Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the windph Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cheating in connection with any game or bet placed on windph;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the windph Platform;
• Using the windph Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Accessing the windph Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your windph account.

windph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions, and to forfeit any funds held in such accounts where permitted by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the windph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the windph brand name and logo, is the property of windph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the windph Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any windph content without the prior written consent of windph.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, windph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the windph Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

windph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. windph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the windph Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your windph account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude windph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

9. Responsible Gaming

windph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. windph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to help manage their gaming time.

windph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if windph reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may request closure of your windph account at any time by contacting windph support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the windph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

windph encourages players to contact the windph support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. windph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the appropriate regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
